Litigation and Dispute Resolutions
Our Litigation Department specialises in handling major and complex litigation matters. The litigators have extensive experience in handling complicated commercial disputes and providing innovative solutions for problems with which commercial enterprises are confronted every day.
The department also advises our clients on procurement of satisfactory security for financing and lending transactions, and has extensive experience in preparing the associated security documentation.
We act for various financial institutions in the recovery of outstanding debt and our advice is always focussed on a positive result, whilst minimising our client's risk.
