Leon Delport Leon obtained a B Proc degree from the University of Pretoria in 1990. After completing his articles with Wilsenach Van Wyk Attorneys, he was admitted as an attorney in May 1994 and conveyancer in February 2002. Having started practicing as a partner in the firm of Wilsenach Van Wyk in 1996, he remained at their Pretoria East Office until Delport van den Berg Inc was founded. Francois van den Berg Francois graduated from the University of Pretoria in 1997 (B Proc (cum laude)) and in 1998 (LLB). He completed a Diploma in Insolvency Law in 1998 as well as the course Programme in Corporate Law in 2001. He was admitted as an attorney in August of 1999 and as conveyancer in January 2000. He started his own practice during November 1999 and joined the Pretoria East branch of Wilsenach Van Wyk Attorneys in January 2001, where he remained until Delport van den Berg Inc was founded.
Yolandie Rivas Yolandie graduated from the University of Pretoria in 1999 (BLC (cum laude) / LLB (cum laude)). She was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public in February 2001. She was amongst the top three candidates in the notary examination in 2000 and was awarded the Law Society DI Friedland Memorial Prize for outstanding distinction in the conveyancing examination in the same year. She joined Mr. Delport and Mr. van den Berg at Wilsenach Van Wyk in 2001, whereafter she obtained international experience by working for The Financial Times’ legal department in London. She joined Delport van den Berg Inc in November 2003. Chantell Labuschagne Chantell graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2004 (B Com / LLB). She was admitted as an attorney in April 2006 and conveyancer in August 2006. She joined Delport van den Berg Inc in January 2005 as a candidate attorney and remained with the firm as a professional assistant since her admittance in 2006. Eddie du Toit Eddie obtained his BProc degree from the University of South Africa in 1993. He completed his articles with Hack, Stupel & Ross Attorneys Pretoria. He was admitted as an attorney on 18 October 1994. He practised as a professional assistant with Hack, Stupel & Ross Attorneys Pretoria, after he had been admitted and then became a partner of the aforementioned firm on 1 March 1996. He joined Delport van den Berg Inc in April 2010. Jaco Janse van Rensburg Jaco graduated from the University of South Africa in 2005 (LLB). He was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in October 2005. He completed his articles in 2004 at Hendrik Malan Attorneys. In 2005 he was appointed as a professional assistant at Fuchs Attorneys where he specialized in conveyancing. In 2007 he opened his own practice, Cilliers van Rensburg Inc. He joined Delport van den Berg Inc in May 2010.
Mari Oosthuysen Mari graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2004 (LLB). She was admitted as an attorney in January 2006 and conveyancer in 2007. She joined Delport van den Berg Inc in March 2010 as a conveyancer and remained with the firm as a professional assistant. Dusty Jansen Dusty obtained his Baccalaureus Legum (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria in January 2009. He was admitted as an attorney in October 2010. In January 2009 he joined Delport Van Den Berg Inc as a candidate attorney. After his admittance in October 2010 he was appointed as a professional assistant with the firm. Suria Conradie Suria joined Delport van den Berg Inc in March 2009 as a candidate attorney after a career of nine years at a major financial institution. She graduated from the University of South Africa in 2004 (LLB) and was admitted as an Attorney in July 2011. She was appointed as a professional assistant with the firm during July 2011. Dané de Klerk Dané graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2008 (B Com / LLB). She joined Delport van den Berg Incorporated in January 2009 as a candidate attorney. She was admitted as an attorney in November 2011 and was appointed as a professional assistant with the firm.
Dawid Kruger Dawid joined Delport van den Berg Inc in October 2007 as financial manager. He has 25 years experience in the banking sector as a banker. He successfully completed a Certificate in Financial Management at the University of Pretoria during 1996. He had a further two years experience at a Pretoria based property management company during which period he completed a Certificate in Shopping Centre Management through CE at the University of Pretoria.
Coreen Janse van Rensburg Coreen joined Delport van den Berg Inc in July 2006 as the Personal Relationship and Communications Officer. She is charged with liaising with various commercial and high net worth clients on a daily basis and manages the marketing strategies of Delport van den Berg Inc in conjunction with the directors. Her value and efficiency is evident from the performance ratings received from these various clients and the outstanding ranking of Delport van den Berg Inc in all of these reports.
